Zincbar Drink Exchange Event

To increase F&B revenue and keep guests on-site longer, ClinkNOORD’s ZincBAR launched a Stock Exchange Night where we gamified the bar experience. It was a dynamic drinking experience where drink prices fluctuated based on demand, just like the stock market. Guests engaged with live price updates every 15 minutes, spontaneous “Market Crashes” dropping prices to their lowest, and a leaderboard for top traders. I developed the event’s branding and promotions, collaborating with our in-house graphic designer, John Condon to create eye-catching posters and digital assets that built excitement across social media and within the hostel.

The event exceeded expectations, boosting F&B revenue by 40–45% and increasing guest spend by 75% compared to regular nights. With 100–120 guests staying until closing, the night became a social media hit, reinforcing ClinkNOORD’s reputation for hosting unique, immersive experiences.
